Day 4

Woke out by the most modern way–> morning call. We start off our day by visiting the Kimchi factory. We magnaged to get our hand dirty by making kimchi ourself. =P We went on to try on traditional Korean clothes. Mr Tang went to try the King’s clothes, Eric went to try the Enunch clothes as for me i tried the policemen clothes.  Mr Tang been very very very very playful went to kiss 大长今 picture.  We went to the gingseng farm where we took picture+it is very boring. Next we went to YONGIN EVERLAND. Wohoooo. So fun but the time we can spend is quite short and our shopping trip is cancelled haizzz.  We even had to miss rides like T-express which is newly built and many other thrills ride, but one fun thing, Mr Tang’s pants got wet. It was sabo by me and Eric, though not really sabo lar, but we played with him a ride, then he suay suay, chose the wrong seat. We went back to the hotel with proper bed.

Day 3

Wow, a nice sleep I had that night. Guess what we were woke up with, telephone? No. Knocking our doorstep? No. Somewhat close, it is also very traditional. Gong? Yup =P. Yes, you got it, by the gong. So we check out of our room and went on to the Demilitarized Zone. We went to the fourth tunnel, wow, imagine it takes about 40 years for the tunnel to be found.  Well it was quite dark and you know cold. We sat on the train which brought us about 100m into the tunnel, it was super fast and quite scary when it just move backwards. Many of us wanted to go for the second time. In the actual plan, we were supposed to go to the Euliji Observatory, but our bus cannot get up the hill, so that place is off our itinery.  Went on  to Mount Serok Nature Reserve. We walk around the park and sat the cable car to Kwonkumsung Fortress. That place was a wonder, so much tree and so much rock, the scenery is like those that are painted in Chinese Painting. So we went on climbing till the half-way to the peak. Since student are not allowed to go to the top, Mr Tang is the only one up to the top.  But some of our student climb up to a shorter peak. We went on to Shinheungsa Temple. there was a very very large Buddha statue.  It was used for in hope for North Korea and South Korea to be unified as a nation. There were so many wishes of people around the world hoping North Korea and South Korea to be unified. But since money is needed to pay to write on this tablet, I am writing my wishes here—>I hope that North and South Korea will be unified as a country and facing all odds together. Then we went on to the temple. After that our dinner, so fabulously delicious, we had Korean BBQ. At night we check in to somewhat like a condominium, but we are supposed to share with 4 people and that we have to sleep on the floor again

Day 2

I embark on a trip with my school to South Korea and I when i touched down at Incheon Airport, I was there looking so stunned. I never saw such a wonderful place in my life. Well on my second day, my hand phone battery was flat so sorry for not putting any picture. Well that day we went to DodamsamBong first. Haha, we went with Mr Tang to a place which is very deserted , not much people were there only our school student. From then on we declare ourself as ‘Macritchie Group’. It was also very tiring to climb up cause some of us the shoes got very little friction and that around there are very little support except for tree =P. Next we went on to Gongsul Cave to see limestone. Wow, I was very amazed as this was the first time i see limestone and all the structure they formed like the lover rocks which depicts two rocks trying to get together but never did. Lime stone will only grow 1mm every 10 year. The temperature is so cold that it is about 13 degrees celcius. Next we went on to Sunbi Town Village. My mouth went wide open that even rats can go in that among the busy town there is such a traditional place. Well we went on with the first and the most interesting part the traditional Korean wedding. Kenny been the main character, I would comment he is very clever as he was supposed to overturn a plate of tofu without spoiling the tofu and without using his hands. For the plate used for the tofu, there is another one used for holding the wine cup. So he took out the wine cup overturn it and placed it one the tofu plate and overturn the tofu. If I was inside i would not have thought of it. Next we went to try traditional Korean writing which is a bit like calligraphy. It was so fun. We went on to try the traditional Korean rice-cake. We have to pound the rice. Well those who pounded are, Mr Chong, Ms Tan, De Ying and many more. It taste just like Muachi in Taiwan. We were been videoed in the Korean News. Well then some of the girls went went to try the balancing beam but it was very scary as the log is not flat but rounded and Mr Tang also want to try. At night before turning in we had a lantern carrying session. It was just not so fun lor lol cause the lantern light is battery power and that the we carry is just so short. At night our room is like all those traditional house, with a gate, a front yard and a house. We were sleeping on the floor. The toilet door is so small. Well the room is also very stuffy.
